If you’ve ever felt like the odd one out, you’re in good company.
Have you spent years trying to fit into systems that didn’t fit you?
Have you tried to keep up with the people and the world around you somehow always feel behind even though you go the extra mile?
Hi… I’m Lisa. Sounds a bit like my journey too. Burnt out, boxed in, and diagnosed with ADHD, I never quite got the hang of the tips and advice I was given. It just felt like extra effort and less ground covered.
Eventually, I stopped fighting my rhythm and started trusting it. Since then, everything changed.
Now, I support others who are ready to do the same: ADHD’ers, Non ADHD’ers, creatives, leaders, deep feelers, therapists, and anyone who’s tired of feeling like they’re “too much” or “not enough.”
If you’re ready to explore your own way of being. Gently, honestly, and with compassion, then this space is for you.
I’m not here to fix you. You don’t need fixing. But I am here to:
-
- walk beside you
- offer uplifting reassurance when needed
- explore helpfuls strategies and more importantly…
- provide space to connect deeper with your intuition and instinct.
I support heart led, creative people, and sensitive souls to find clarity and build self-confidence by connecting back in with their own rhythm. Through body, mind, and soul.
My work blends coaching and psychotherapy. This supported by embodied exploration we can help you move FROM burnout, overwhelm or feeling unsure how to move forward TO compassion, clarity, connection, and self-trust.
Build a life that fits, that feels like yours. Give yourself permission to take manageable and meaningful steps one at a time with occasional leaps n bounds and yes, some guilt free pauses and play built in too.
Let’s work together to help you find your rhythm so that you can do life your way round. Find a way to honour you while you respecting those you love around you too.
Here’s how I can help.

ADHD COACHING
Moving forward with confidence.
ADHD coaching is for adults who feel overwhelmed by daily life, even when they are capable and doing their best. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, exhaustion, and self doubt. They know what they want to do, but getting there feels harder than it should.
In our work together, we slow things down and look at how you actually function. We focus on building clarity, self trust, and practical ways of moving forward that fit your energy, your nervous system, and your life. This can happen one to one, or through ongoing group support if you want regular connection and accountability.

THERAPY
Looking within and finding self compassion for how things are changing.
Therapy offers a supportive space for times when life feels heavy, unfamiliar, or out of balance. You might be moving through burnout, loss, identity changes, or emotional overwhelm. You might not have clear words for what is wrong, only a sense that something needs care.
Our work is gentle and relational. We take time to understand what you are carrying and how it lives in your body, thoughts, and emotions. Therapy is not about fixing or rushing change. It is about being met where you are, and finding steadiness, understanding, and compassion along the way.

ADHD RETREATS
In person immersive experiences surrounded by nature in Tuscany Italy.
These retreats are for adults with ADHD who need space to step out of everyday demands and reconnect with themselves.
Set in the Tuscan countryside, the retreats offer time to slow down, move your body, rest, reflect, and be in community with others who understand how your mind works. There is structure, but no pressure. Support, without being told who to be.
This is not about fixing habits or pushing for productivity. It is about giving your nervous system a break, listening more closely, and leaving with a deeper sense of clarity and self trust to carry back into your life.
(Launching later this year. Details will be shared when ready.)

SUPERVISION
A supportive space to tend to your practice.
Group supervision support is for therapists and practitioners who want steady, supportive space to tend to their practice and themselves within it. This might include questions around sustainability, boundaries with work, capacity, admin, visibility, or the quiet overwhelm that can build behind the scenes.
I offer group supervision support rather than clinical supervision. The focus is on feeling resourced, connected, and less alone as you build a practice that aligns with your values. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, compete, or present a polished version of yourself.
Alongside shared reflection, weekly accountability sessions offer gentle structure to help you set intentions, get practical tasks done, and stay connected to a sense of community. No pressure. No comparison. Just steady support, over time.
