About For Body Mind & Soul
Why ‘body mind and soul’?
Many people sense that we are not just minds trying to think our way through life. We are whole beings shaped by emotion, sensation, memory, and spirit, and each part plays a role in how we experience the world.
When healing focuses only on thoughts and words, we can miss the intelligence of the body and the quieter knowing of the soul. Real change happens when we include all parts of ourselves in the process.
The body carries our lived experiences and memories. When we feel stuck, it often holds valuable information and practical guidance. Learning how to listen allows the body to become a source of support rather than something to push through or ignore.
The mind helps us make meaning. It allows us to reflect, notice patterns, learn from experience, and make conscious choices about how we move forward.
The soul connects us to who we are beneath the noise of everyday life. It holds our inspiration, values, and sense of purpose, and reminds us of what feels true and alive for us.
Working with body, mind, and soul together creates a more integrated way of living. It supports a shift from survival into connection, from burnout into embodiment, and from fragmentation into flow.
My Approach
I work holistically and creatively, with a strong belief that culture and community play an essential role in our journeys. Through coaching, therapy, supervision, accountability groups, and retreats, we explore what is working, what is not, and where you would like to go.
Together, we break goals into manageable steps and use movement, art, and metaphor to move beyond mental overthinking. This helps us access what truly matters and supports change that feels grounded and meaningful.
I will not do the work for you, but I will walk alongside you. My role is to encourage, support, and help you build confidence and capacity in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.
My Philosophy
You already hold the wisdom you need to heal and grow. My role is not to fix you, but to support you in remembering what resonates, exploring what feels right, and developing a healthier relationship with yourself and the world around you.
We are not meant to do this alone. We exist in relationship and community, and I am here to walk with you as you discover your rhythm, your purpose, and your own way forward.

About Lisa
I have often felt like the odd one out, trying to follow systems that did not match my natural rhythm and burning out along the way. Receiving an ADHD diagnosis in my twenties helped me understand why I was struggling, but medication disrupted my sense of flow and I still did not know how to support my brain in this overwhelming and wonderfully complex world. What I needed was not fixing, but permission to trust myself.
Through intensive therapy training, cross-cultural experiences, and time spent in nature, I gradually found my way. I now specialise in Movement Psychotherapy and Embodiment Coaching, supporting people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or out of sync with themselves or the world around them to reconnect with their rhythm and live more authentically.
Outside of my work, I love swimming in the sea, hiking in the mountains, sitting with trees, dancing, and spending time with friends and family. I was born in South Africa and have lived in and travelled through many different countries. I have breathed in wide skies, stood in awe at changing horizons, and spent hours gazing into star-filled night skies. I have learned and attempted to learn different languages, and I continue to be moved by the beauty that exists in this world.
There is also pain, and I have known that too. I have laughed, cried, and danced, and I continue to learn with each new day. I love listening to people’s dreams and encouraging them to follow their purpose. I will sit with you in your tears, because it is okay to feel the heaviness that life can bring.
Deep within me, there is always a quiet sense of hope. A knowing that you have what it takes to face what comes next, and that you can give yourself permission for joy. Whether that joy is witnessed in others or experienced within yourself, it is welcome here.
