Are you feeling overwhelmed, scattered, and stuck?
Maybe even burnt out and quietly doubting yourself?
Decisions feel heavy. Communication feels harder than it should. You find yourself stuck in planning loops, perfectionism, or harsh self criticism.
ADHD can make even simple things feel complicated. That does not mean you are failing.
ADHD coaching offers a supportive space to slow down and make sense of what is happening for you.
Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful adults who feel exhausted from trying to keep everything together. They care deeply, but living life at the pace and shape the world expects can feel unsustainable.
Coaching is not about fixing you or forcing productivity. It is about understanding how you work, reconnecting with your own rhythm, and finding ways forward that feel realistic and supportive rather than overwhelming.
What ADHD Coaching Looks Like
ADHD coaching is a collaborative process. We take time to understand how your mind works, what drains you, and what helps you feel more grounded and clear.
Our sessions might include talking things through, noticing patterns, and working with the body when words or thinking alone feel stuck. We look at both the practical challenges you are facing and the inner experience that comes with them.
The aim is not to do everything perfectly. It is to build self trust, reduce inner pressure, and take steps forward that feel possible.
What We Work On Together
Rather than following a fixed programme, our work is shaped around what matters most to you. This may include:
-
Gaining clarity around what is working and what is not
-
Understanding how overwhelm, avoidance, or perfectionism show up for you
-
Building confidence to take action, even when things feel unfinished
-
Exploring boundaries and communication in work and relationships
-
Finding a pace and rhythm that supports your nervous system
-
Shifting from constant self criticism toward a more supportive inner voice
The focus is always on creating change that feels sustainable, not forced.
