Supervision

Private Practice Supervision & Support

Do you want more clarity and ease in your practice?

Are you worried about becoming under resourced or burning out without the right support around you?

A Different Kind of Supervision

This is a supportive, embodied group space for psychotherapists in private practice who want to feel less alone, more resourced, and more steady in the practical side of their work.

This is not clinical supervision.
It is supervision for you and your practice.

We focus on the parts of private practice that are rarely taught but deeply affect your wellbeing. Marketing. Systems. Boundaries. Money. Capacity. Energy. Sustainability.

You are welcome to bring what feels messy, unfinished, or unclear.

Who This Space Is For

This group may be a good fit if you are a therapist in private practice and you want:

  • Community instead of working alone
  • Accountability for the marketing, admin and business tasks that linger

  • A step by step marketing and practice visibility framework you can follow
  • Space to reflect on what is working and what needs support

  • A gentle approach that respects your nervous system and capacity

  • A confidential, closed group where you can speak openly

You do not need to have everything together to belong here.

How We Work Together

I bring therapists together so we can tend to our practices with warmth, curiosity, and care.

We work in ways that include the body, not just the thinking mind. When the brain feels stuck, we draw on movement, creativity, and reflection to help things loosen and clarify.

Often, the hardest part is getting started. From there, we focus on small, realistic steps that support a manageable workload and a practice that flows more easily.

This is about building something sustainable, not perfect.

What This Community Is Really About

This space exists to remind you that you are not alone.

It offers support to reflect on the practical and business side of private practice in a way that feels human and values led. The intention is to help you build a practice that supports your life, your clients, and your wellbeing.

No pressure just encouragement and steady support over time.

Brew and Do Crew

The Community

We meet weekly

A gentle, structured co-working space to help you stay on top of:

  • Marketing and business tasks you’ve been putting off
  • Client notes

  • Taxes and invoicing

Each session includes:

  • Naming what you want to work on

  • A short movement transition to settle in

  • Focused work time

  • Share your wins before closing with movement or music

It is practical, grounding, and surprisingly supportive.

Monthly Group Supervision

Resourcing You and Your Practice

Once monthly 90 minute group session focused on:

  • Resourcing yourself as a practitioner

  • Exploring business and practice challenges (not clinical material)

  • Sharing tools, templates, and practical experience

  • Naming common pain points so the right support can be brought in

You are not expected to know everything. Most of us were never taught how to run a private practice. This space is here to resource you.  Tears and laughter are allowed – and ‘AHA’ moments too.

Testimonials

Before working with Lisa, I felt completely stuck when it came to my private practice admin.

I had a busy practice but wasn’t working in the niche I’m passionate about. I knew something needed to change but I felt uninspired and unsure how to start guiding my practice in a new direction. Every time I tried to write about it or update my directory profile, I froze. I didn’t want to sound salesy or generic, and honestly, I wasn’t even sure how to describe what I did. It made the world of difference having Lisa there to be accountable to, someone to help clarify my thoughts and help encourage me along the way.

I now have a profile on directories that I’m proud of, a clearer sense of my niche, and a way of showing up online that feels authentic and aligned. Most importantly, I feel more confident about my practice and admin feels much easier to just get done.

I was moving from full-time employment to self-employment. Lisa helped me find my private practice voice. Her approach was gentle, creative, and deeply validating. We used movement, art, and reflective exercises to explore what felt true for me. She didn’t push a formula; she helped me build something that felt like mine.
