Sometimes life changes in ways we did not plan for.
Loss. Illness. Burnout. A move. A shift in identity. A moment where what once felt familiar no longer does.
You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Your body may feel unfamiliar. Your thoughts harder to trust. Even small decisions can feel heavy or confusing.
When something big happens, it is natural to feel disoriented. Strong feelings are not a sign that something is wrong with you. They are a human response to change.
Like a shaken snow globe, it can take time for things to settle. Clarity rarely comes from pushing harder. Often it comes from slowing down and being supported.
You do not have to do this alone.
A Space to Slow Down
Therapy offers a safe, confidential space where you can speak freely and be met without judgement or pressure. A place where you can arrive as you are, even if you do not yet have the words for what you are feeling.
Sometimes talking is enough. Sometimes words are not available. This is where movement, creativity, and embodied awareness can gently support the process. We listen not only to thoughts, but also to the body, where so much experience is held.
Over time, this kind of space can help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself again.
How I Work
I offer gentle, embodied therapeutic support for people moving through life’s many ups and downs.
My approach invites you to slow down and reconnect with your inner sense of knowing. Together, we build understanding, self compassion, and emotional resilience so you can explore what is next with more clarity and steadiness.
There is no pressure to change quickly or reach a particular outcome. We work at a pace that feels respectful and safe for you.

If you would like to explore whether therapy with me feels like a good fit, we can start with a short conversation.
Finding the Right Fit
Finding a therapist you trust matters. That can feel daunting, and it is okay to take your time.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation so you can get a sense of me and how I work. I also offer a one off trial session if you would like to experience a session before committing to ongoing therapy.
This work is important. You are important. It needs to feel right.
